Sample Itinerary

🔹 Day One: Meet and greet.  Safety Briefing.   Lunch: National Hospitality Institute (Optional Omani cookery class/demo) Overnight: hotel

🔶 Team task: Provisioning. Teams calculate provisions and fuel required for next few days, assign “housekeeping” tasks, work to a budget.

🔹  Day Two: On and offroad driving through wadi (valley) terrain.  Overnight camping.

🔶 Team Task: Strategic Navigation Challenge. Teams work together to traverse offroad terrain using maps, GPS and local navigation techniques, where the focus is on collaboration under pressure and tactical planning.

🔹  Day Three: Further mix of driving. Overnight hotel or camping

🔶 Team Task: Desert and Beach Mathematics and Engineering Challenge. Teams solve survival equations and construct a shelter out of driftwood

🔹Day Four: Desert Driving and Survival. Overnight desert camping

🔶 Team Task: Master sand desert driving.  Hiking: navigate the dunes using sun, stars and traditional methods. Fire building and camp cooking challenge –  Master Omani campfire cooking and traditional bread-making.

🔹Day Five: Further desert driving, as we head to the mountains

🔶Team Task: Silent Communication Challenge where the teams complete a mission relying only on non-verbal teamwork.

🔹Day Six: Return to Muscat for farewell dinner and debrief

🔶Team Task: Desert Diplomacy Negotiation Challenge – Role play historical trade deals using Omani etiquette.
